CB Richard Ellis Investors has appointed Jean Lamothe as president of its pan-European arm. In this newly created position, he will be responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of CBRE's pan-European platform. He will also oversee the firm's existing direct investment programmes and lead new business initiatives in Europe.
