CBRE recruits four for Central London team

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has announced the appointment of Francis Warner Lacey and Elizabeth Sedgman to the Central London Tenant Advisory Group (TAG).

Francis Warner Lacey joins from Knight Frank, where she was a partner in the City Agency team advising developers, landlords and occupiers, including Investec and JP Morgan. Francis was previously part of the City agency team at Gerald Eve where she specialised in advising tenants. Elizabeth Sedgman joins from Cushman & Wakefield where she was as associate partner in the Corporate Real Estate team and whose clients included GE and GlaxoSmithKline.

To further strengthen the teams, two recent graduate trainees, Katherine Bain and Gavin Kamara, have now qualified as surveyors and joined the TAG team full time. In addition, two new graduates, Anna Biggin and Dan Westley have also recently started with the teams.
