CBRE strengthens CEE regional office

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has strengthened its Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) team with the appointment of Marcus Berger as Chief Operation Officer to oversee the regional offices.

Berger joins the regional leadership team of Andreas Ridder (CEE Chairman) and Patrizia Rögelsperger (Chief Financial Officer, CEE) and will have specific responsibility for the development and implementation of client solutions. His main responsibilities will include development, design, operation, and continual enhancement of the services delivered to clients.

Berger brings more than 12 years international experience to the role having previously held the positions of managing director at EHL Asset Management and managing director in EHL subsidiaries (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania). Prior to joining EHL, Berger held senior positions at Akron Group and Immobilien Holding.

CBRE is present in the majority of CEE markets, including Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and Ukraine.
