CBRE poaches David King from Capita Symonds

CBRE has announced that David King will join its property asset management team from Capita Symonds.

King will become executive director for Property and Asset Management (PAM) in the UK and will be responsible for driving further business growth and expanding existing relationships with CBRE's PAM clients. King has over 30 years experience in asset management, founding Nelson Bakewell's Asset Management division back in 1985.

Most recently he was a senior director at NB Real Estate prior to its acquisition by Capita Symonds in February 2010.

King starts in his new role at CBRE early in the New Year.
