CBRE names associated director for Russian office

Global property adviser CBRE has appointed Dmitriy Klapsha as associate director in the office agency team in Russia. Klapsha will be responsible for further development and growth of the projects portfolio as well as increase of transaction volumes for the office agency business.

Klapsha has a 8-year experience in sales and consulting. Prior to CBRE Klapsha worked as senior consultant in the office agency with Cushman & Wakefield for 4 years.

He was involved to structure several complex transactions, including TNK-BP consolidation of their 20 offices in Nord Star Tower (37,800 m2) and Rosselkhoz bank leasehold acquisition of 25,000 m2 at Alfa Arbat Center.
