CBRE makes two appointments in Poland

CB Richard Ellis announced two new appointments in Poland. Grzegorz Woźniakowski has been appointed senior property valuer, while Jarosław Mikołajczyk was named senior property negotiator in the global corporate services team.

Prior to CBRE Woźniakowski worked as a senior property valuer at Jones Lang LaSalle.

In his new role Mikołajczyk will be responsible for searching new retail locations across Poland and conducting negotiations on leasing, sale and purchase of the commercial properties on behalf of the client. Mikołajczyk previously ran his own advisory company on commercial real estate market across Poland.
