CBRE Investors sells complex in Brussels

CB Richard Ellis Investors, the global real estate investment management firm, has sold the 17,000m² office complex, ‘t Serclaes, to the Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel (HUB). Financial details were not disclosed.

Located near the central station in Brussels, ‘t Serclaes was acquired in 2007 by a real estate investment fund managed by CBRE Investors and subsequently refurbished.

Nicolas Lutgé, Director at CBRE Investors, commented, 'This project is a strong representation of our strategic know-how, involving the repositioning of grade C office property into grade A property with the latest technical equipments. The in-depth renovation of ‘t Serclaes created tangible value, transforming an out-dated asset into one of the most efficient and modern office buildings to be found on the market.'
