BNP Paribas REIM has acquired the Citalys office scheme in Montévrain Val d’Europe, France, from the CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund III, managed by CBRE Investors, for an undisclosed amount. The property is earmarked for BNP Paribas REIM's SCPI Valeur Pierre Alliance investment vehicle. Financial details were not disclosed.

Located on the Val d'Europe, in Ile-de-France, the scheme offers 9,000 m2 and boasts both High Quality Environmental (HQE) and High Energy Performance (HPE) green certifications. Designed by architects Scau Macary Delamain it is fully let to Océ-France, part of the Canon Group, which relocated to the site in February 2011 after signing a 12-year firm rental agreement.

'This investment confirms the ambitions of BNP Paribas REIM to invest as much as possible in new buildings responding to the needs of high environmental and energy standards,' said Jacqueline Faisant, president of BNP Paribas REIM.

Law firms Théret et Associés and Baker & McKenzie advised the vendor. Keops acted as broker on this transaction.
