Affori Centre, CBRE Investors' flagship project in Milan, was awarded a 'Gold' rating under the Leed sustainability standard one year after completion of construction work.

The scheme received Leed Silver pre-certification in 2009.

Affori Centre - offering 12,000 m2 of office facilities to the northwest of Milan - is the first office building to receive the Leed Gold certification in Milan, said Luca Pellegrini, associate with CBRE Investors.

Affori Centre is owned by CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund II, a Pan-European investment fund managed by CBRE Investors.
