CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has announced that Andrew Michael is re-joining its hotel valuations team.

Michael, an associate director with the hotels arm, originally joined the team in July 2007. He left in December 2009 to work on a number of asset management assignments for private clients, during which time he also completed several consultancy projects for CBRE Hotels.

He will be working on pan-European portfolio and single asset valuations.
