CBRE Hotels to market Dublin's Morrison hotel

CBRE Hotels has been mandated to put one of Dublin's Morrison hotels on the market with a guideline price of EUR 25 mln.

The Morrison Hotel Dublin is a city-centre four-star freehold hotel with 141 rooms. Located on the northern banks of the Liffey and facing Temple Bar, the hotel includes 400 m2 of conference, meeting and banqueting space as well as a spa and fitness area.

Commenting on the sales process Paul Collins of CBRE Hotels said: 'We expect exceptional interest in this quality asset with much of this to come from international buyers.'
