CBRE Hotels have been instructed to market a hotel development site in Southwark, London. Situated in booming Bankside, an area which is seeing significant regeneration, the hotel is located between Southwark Underground station and the famous Tate Modern art gallery.

The development has planning for a 280-bedroom Hilton hotel with 20 suites, a large ballroom capable of accommodating up to 700 people, as well as health and leisure facilities.

The property is freehold and importantly most of the groundwork has already been completed.

CBRE Hotels did not publish a guide price.
