CBRE beefs up negotiating power in Poland

CB Richard Ellis has appointed two senior property negotiators in Poland who will strengthen the firm's offices in Gdansk and Warsaw respectively.

Mariusz Wiœniewski will join the office agency team in Gdansk and focus on the office leasing market, representing both landlords and tenants. He previously worked as a marketing director at Gdansk economic development agency InvestGDA, where he was responsible for business negotiations, property sales and providing marketing services to office developers in Tricity (urban area formed by the cities of Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot).

Kamil Tyszkiewicz has joined the Warsaw office team and will represent tenants in office leasing transactions. He will also be responsible for securing new clients and supporting the head of department in business negotiations. Prior to joining CBRE, Tyszkiewicz worked as a commercial leasing manager for CEE developer and investor Orco Property Group.
