CBRE creates new role within CEE operation

Property adviser CBRE has appointed Joerg Kreindl to the newly created role of head of office agency and tenant representation for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

Kreindl is currently managing director of the company's Slovakian business, a position he will hand over to outsider Tomas Hegedus. Hegedus joins from office development company PHVH Solutions, where he has been general director since 2004.

Kreindl has headed the Slovak operation for the past six years. Established in 2005, the business is headquartered in Bratislava and run by a 45-strong team providing agency, property and shopping centre management, valuation, capital markets and corporate services to local and international clients.
