Catalyst & JER sell refurbished office property in Brussels
Date: 6 January 2010
Category: Deal
Catalyst Capital Partners and JER have sold an office property in Brussels to a private Belgian investor. No financial details were disclosed, but sources close to the deal said the sales price came to EUR 2.75 mln. Knight Frank's Belgian unit advised the vendor on the transaction.

Formerly acquired from Kungsleden in the contest of a global portfolio transaction, the property has been entirely renovated and restructured, and most of the leases have been renewed. Most occupiers are closely linked to the EU sector, adviser Knight Frank said in a press release. The investment will generate a yield in the region of 6,50% for its new owner, it added.

The property is located on Rue Montoyer 39, in the heart of Brussels' European district.
