Cambridge Place sells mixed-use asset in Paris

International real estate advisor Savills has advised Cambridge Place Investment on the sale of a 20,711-m2 mixed use property in Paris to a private French investor. The financial details were not disclosed.

Paryseine, which consists of two buildings, is located on the riverfront at 3-5 Allée de la Seine, in Ivry-sur-Seine in south-east Paris. Building A has a total of 7,159 m2 of office space while building B comprises 13,552 m2 of warehouse, office and light industrial space.

Constructa Asset Management and Beaumont acted for the buyer.
