The 2011 International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) European Solal Marketing Awards have been launched. Entrants are being urged to get their campaign in early as awards will be announced at the ICSC Marketing Conference being held in Istanbul, Turkey on 6-8 April 2011 - two months earlier than in previous years.
