C&W wins Grontmij management services mandate

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has been appointed by engineering consulting firm Grontmij as its sole provider of account management services and preferred provider for other transaction services.

Grontmij has 11,000 employees in almost 300 offices across Europe. The company currently aims to cut its real estate portfolio by 30% by 2015.

C&W will be providing account management services, as well as supporting Grontmij in its bid to meet cost-reduction targets and to rationalise its real estate portfolio. The account management team in London will be led by Neil Gorman and Pascale Newcombe.
