C&W to manage 12 assets for iii-investments

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) is to manage twelve properties on behalf of German fund manager iii-investments from the beginning of 2012.

The portfolio, mainly comprising office properties in prime CBD locations throughout Germany, including on the Zeil in Frankfurt and on Marienplatz in Munich. The properties have a total area of 75,000 m2 and an annual rental income of EUR 10.4 mln.

Anne Braun, C&W Germany's head of Property management stated: 'Having been mandated by HVB Immobilien at the beginning of this year with the management of eighteen mainly office properties totalling 200,000 m2 in North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden Wuerttemburg, generating an annual rental income of approximately EUR 25 mln, this new mandate strengthens our relationship with the UniCredit Group still further.'
