C&W strengthens capital markets team

Karolína Matoušková and Edward Thomas have joined the capital markets team at Cushman & Wakefield's Prague office. Matoušková joins as a salaried partner and she is responsible for managing a number of key client relationships and transaction processes, covering both the Czech and Slovak markets. Thomas will be responsible for sourcing new business and working on key sale mandates and acquisitions on behalf of international clients.

Matoušková has 20 years of experience in the Czech real estate market. She worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and was instrumental in opening their office in the early 1990s, managing the Czech and Slovak operations. She also jointly set up and has been a partner of the Property Advisory Group for the past ten years.

Thomas joins the team from Cushman & Wakefield's valuation department and has over three years of commercial real estate experience in both the CEE markets and the core Western markets. Before relocating to Prague, he worked in London for a leading west end commercial property consulting firm.
