C&W signs new alliance in Finland

Cushman & Wakefield said on Wednesday that it has named Tuloskiinteistöt Oy as its new alliance partner in Finland in a move to strengthen its Nordic platform.

C&W previously worked with Tuloskiinteistöt Oy, one of Finland's leading property advisers, in a preferred supplier arrangement. Founded in 1987, the 12-strong company has offices in Helsinki, Turku and Oulu. Working with international and domestic clients, Tuloskiinteistöt Oy specialises in investment sales, leasing and property management covering office, retail and industrial sectors.

C&W offers real estate services to domestic and international clients across the Nordic region via its office in Stockholm and through alliances in Denmark with RED Property Advisers and in Norway, with Malling & Co.
