C&W grows UK asset management team

Property adviser Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Dean Maszlin as a partner in its central London asset management team. His appointment is effective 18 April 2011.

Maszlin joins from CB Richard Ellis where, since 2003, he has been responsible for key clients and buildings, most recently having been instrumental in the set-up of Draper’s Gardens for Exemplar and Canary Wharf. He has over 25 years’ experience in operations and facilities management, particularly in the delivery of hard services, having previously specialised in these disciplines at Prudential and Honeywell on flagship portfolios.
