C&W to sell Italian hotel portfolio

Italian hotel operator Gruppo Boscolo has mandated Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) to sell a portfolio of four hotel properties located in Rome, Florence and Venice and offering a total of 396 hotel rooms.

The assets include the Aleph hotel which was opened in 2003 and provides 98 rooms near Via Vittorio Veneto, in the Italian capital. Other assets are the 98-room Astoria hotel, located in the vicinity of the Duomo in Florence, and the Bellini asset in Venice, which comprises 105 rooms overlooking the Canal Grande.

The Airone hotel in Sottomarina Chioggia, south of Venice, offers 97 rooms overlooking the sea.

C&W said the assets can be sold individually or as a portfolio.
