C&W to market new Polish mall

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has been appointed by Polish retail developer Narev Inwestycje to market the planned Galeria Bursztynowa shopping centre in the northeastern Polish city of Ostrołęka.

Galeria Bursztynowa will comprise 25,000 m2, including 20,000 m2 of retail space, with an additional 8,000 m2 DIY store. Magdalena Mika-Kosior and Jacek Zub with C&W's Project Management team are responsible for the architectural design.

'Galeria Bursztynowa will be the first large-scale retail facility in Ostrołęka. The local zoning plans have been amended, the architectural design is complete and we are at the final stage of negotiations process with the DIY store and hypermarket,' said Tomasz Górski of C&W.
