Bulgarian stock exchange plans new property index

The Bulgarian stock exchange (BSE) is planning to launch two new indices, including a REITs property index. The BG REIT index will be made up of publicly-traded real estate funds. The index will include between three and 30 REITs and will be calculated o the basis of their free float-adjusted market capitalisation. The second index will be a 30-share stock price index.
