Bouygues Immobilier sells Delta Project in Belgium

Bouygues Immobilier Belgium is selling the Delta Project property to a private Belgian investor. When completed the office building will comprise a total surface area of 5,200 m2 and 42 parking spaces on Avenue Jules Cockx in 1160 Brussels.

The investment volume was just under EUR 11 mln, commission and fees included, according to real estate consultant Anixton which acted for the Belgium arm of the French company Bouygues Immobilier.

The building has been pre-leased, with Fiat Group Automobiles Belgium taking 3,800 m2.
