Ariën van Heesen is to become partner at Boekel De Nerée in January, joining 29 other shareholders in the Dutch law firm.

Van Heesen joined Boekel in 2005 after being employed in the corporate law practice of another Dutch law firm. He is a candidate civil-law notary, specializing in a wide range of notarial issues relating to real estate, in particular commercial real estate as well as financing and security.

He advises companies and banks on real estate related issues and drafts notarial and other contract documents for commercial property transactions and financing.
