BNP Paribas REIM purchases Rennes office scheme

BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management has announced the acquisition of the Armorique office building in Rennes, Brittany from French privately-held property company Proudreed. The transaction volume amounts to EUR 20.5 mln

The asset is leased to Dreal - the regional environmental and management agency - with a 15-year fixed lease and offers 8,000 m2 of office space.

BNP Paribas Real Estate Transaction and CBRE brokered the deal.
