BNPP RE signs JV with Italian real estate service provider

BNP Paribas Real Estate said on Friday that it has signed a partnership agreement with Inpartner Servizi, an Italian real estate service provider active in the north of Italy.

Under the agreement, Inpartner Servizi will team up with BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development Italy on the realisation of two management projects in Milan and cooperate with the French asset manager on the development of new projects in Italy.

Milan-based BNPP RE said that the partnership is a first step to further strengthening relations in the future.

'The partnership with Inpartner Servizi and the nomination of Inpartner's CEO Cesare Ferrero as managing director of BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development Italy are an important step in the growth strategy of BNP Paribas Real Estate,' said Bruno Pinard, chairman of BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development Italy.
