BNP Paribas Real Estate is bringing together its six business lines to a new headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux, near Paris. The office complex was developed by BNP Paribas RE's development unit and is currently owned by SEB Asset Management.

Designed by architects Michel Macary and Aymeric Zubléna, the HQE scheme will house the group's entire staff of 1,100 which is currently spread across three sites at Porte d’Asnières in the 17th arrondissement, Rue Jacques Ibert in Levallois and Porte d’Orléans in Montrouge.

The property offers around 17,000 m2 of space with a second building of 7,000 m2 scheduled for delivery in October 2011.

'With the launch of a single brand in 2009, this initiative is a new step in our strategy of building Europe's number one company in real estate services. This will encourage the development of synergies between our six business lines,' said Philippe Zivkovic, president of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

BNP Paribas Real Estate is active in real estate development, brokerage, investment, property management, investment management and client solutions.
