BNP Paribas RE adds to Irish retail team

Eoin Feeney and Mervyn Ellis, two retail directors of Commercial Property Consultants HWBC, are joining BNP Paribas Real Estate's team in Ireland.

Both Feeney and Ellis have worked on some of the largest retail developments in Ireland in addition to having advised many leading retailers including Boots, Easons, Carl Scarpa, Monsoon and Café Sol. In 2007, Ellis secured what is the highest price ever achieved for a retail lease in Ireland, EUR 3 mln.

Eoin Feeney, who will join BNPPRE as an executive director, is best known for his role as advisor to Green Property at Ireland's largest retail scheme, the Blanchardstown Centre.
