BNP Paribas picked to manage London's Leadenhall Triangle

BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management has been mandated to manage the Leadenhall Triangle office complex in the City of London.

The asset consisting of five buildings is owned by a partnership of Henderson Global Investors and Canada's sovereign wealth fund. The two investors bought the £140 mln scheme in June this year from special servicer Hatfield Philips.

Leadenhall Triangle offers a total of 42,000 m2 generating an annual rental income of over EUR 12 mln per year.
