Idea Fimit fund launches tender for Italian assets

Beta Fund, a closed-end real estate fund managed by Idea Fimit, is seeking a buyer for part or all of its property portfolio in Italy.

The vehicle has launched a bidding process for the sale of six office and mixed-use buildings in the cities of Rome, Latina and Perugia. Interested parties are due to present non-binding offers by December 9.

Beta, which is being advised by Abaco Servizi, owns a portfolio consisting of roughly 100,000 m2 of commercial space in Central Italy. Major properties include a 14,000 m2 office at Via Cavour 6 in Rome and a 43,000 m2 asset in Spoleto, near Perugia.
