Bernhard Visker to leave HSH Nordbank

HSH Nordbank has announced that Bernhard Visker will leave its management board from 31 August 2011. The supervisory board gave its consent to a corresponding termination agreement.

Visker was a board member since 1 January 2007 and he was responsible for the real estate clients, corporate clients, private banking, savings banks as well as for HSH Nordbank Private Banking. In 1988 Visker joined Hamburgische Landesbank, one of the two predecessor banks of today’s HSH Nordbank. Following completion of his formal bank training at HSH Nordbank he worked in various managerial positions before being appointed in the board.

The supervisory board will deal with the appointment of a successor as quickly as possible.
