Italian REIT Beni Stabili has announced completion of redevelopment work on the former Excelsior - Mignon multiplex cinema in Milan, representing an investment of EUR 20 mln. The scheme has been transformed into a multi-storey high-street store located right at the heart of Milan's shopping district, between Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza Beccaria.
Beni Stabili said the new store - designed by star architect Jean Nouvel - has been delivered to its new tenant, fashion group Coin. The project was realised by Beni Stabili's development arm and offers around 8,000 m2 of retail accommodation. |
