Beni Stabili sells 48% of IREF fund's assets

Beni Stabili's asset management company signed EUR 200 mln worth of disposals for the BS IREF fund in 2011.

BS IREF is a closed-end real estate investment fund that expires in 2012.

Beni Stabili, a listed Italian real estate company, said the preliminary and final divestment contracts relate to 48% of the fund's assets as at end-2010.

The assets being sold are located on Via del Serafico and Piazzale Ostiense in Rome and Via Agnello and Via Lancetti in Milan.

The fund has both Italian and international investors and is focused mainly on core assets in Milan and Rome.
