Beni Stabili fund buys office scheme for EUR 42m

Italian REIT Beni Stabili has announced that its closed-end real estate investment fund Melograno has completed the acquisition of a property in Milan for EUR 42 mln. The vendor was not disclosed.

The 13,000 m2 building is mainly used for offices and and is let to international companies. The acquisition was partially financed by ING Real Estate Finance.
