Barbey promoted to director at BNPPRE International

BNP Paribas Real Estate has named Nicolas Barbey as a new director of its International division, effective 1 November. Barbey will report to Bernard Blanco, head of BNP Paribas Real Estate International and, together with Greg Cooke, chairman of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, he will be directly responsible for the company's units in India and Jersey - where the company is active since 2008.

It will also be in charge of running the network of 15 alliances of BNP Paribas Real Estate while seeking to increase cross border business.

He joined Atisreal in 2001 as a senior consultant in charge of operations for office above 5,000 m2 as part of the team Paris & West Ile-de-France. From 2007 to 2009, he was deputy director of the Corporate Development Team responsible for acquisitions in Belgium, Jersey, Romania and the UK.
