Norwegian investment bank Arctic Securities and Swedish property transaction advisory Tenzing have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement regarding real estate and capital market transactions in the Nordic countries.

The pair said in a statement on Thursday that the primary objective is to broaden the client offering within cross-border real estate transactions, real estate financing through syndicates and bonds, corporate finance and general strategic advisory services.
