APF International buys Dutch retail portfolio

APF International has acquired a diversified portfolio of retail properties on behalf of its Vastgoed CV APF XI fund. The vendor is Green Real Estate.

The portfolio consists of 28 retail units located in the main shopping areas of seventeen urban centres in the Netherlands. The total investment amounts to EUR 24 mln, of which EUR 15 mln in mortgage financing provided by FGH Bank.

An initiator and manager of real estate funds, Amsterdam-based APF International also provides investment management services to foreign institutional investors. The firm has some EUR 250 mln of real estate assets under management.
