Panattoni to build 32,000-m2 facility near Lodz

Panattoni Europe has announced the start of construction for a new build-to-suit project in Poland. The logistics property operator said it will develop a manufacturing facility offering 32,000 m2 in Radomsko within the Special Economic Zone.

The facility will include 28,670 m2 for production and 2,270 m2 for office accommodation, with a 1,000-m2 technical building. Construction work will start in April and is anticipated to complete in the autumn of 2011.

The Radomsko BTS is the second manufacturing facility to be developed by Panattoni Europe in the Special Economic Zone, the first one being the factory for Zelmer.
