Category: Company
AEW Europe and Tristan Capital Partners have mandated Amplion Asset Management as a strategic advisor for the Temple portfolio. The Temple portfolio comprises 259 retail properties over 224,000 m2 of space across Finland, mainly leased to Suomen Lähikauppa (SLK).

The European Property Investors fund, managed by AEW Europe and Tristan Capital Partners, purchased the portfolio from Tradeka (now SLK) in a sale and leaseback transaction in 2006. Genesta Property Nordic Finland will continue in its role as asset manager.

Amplion has appointed Jyrki Konsala as director to take the position as a key account manager for this mandate. Konsala moves to Amplion from Norwegian fund manager Realkapital Partners' Luxembourg office, where he was director of European Investments. Konsala has experience of both Finnish and international real estate from his career at Catella, Aberdeen and Tiger Developments.

Amplion - a part of the Catella Group - has assets of more than EUR 450 mln under management.
