Alpha buys 32,000 m2 logistics property in Munich

Alpha Industrial has increased its presence in Munich area with the acquisition of a 60,000 m2 property in Kirchheim. The financial details were not disclosed.

Alpha, a German integrated logistics and industrial specialist, is currently developing the Logistikpark München Ost and recently delivered its first completed scheme in the regeion this year,

The new acquisition is located just 500 metres from Logistikpark München Ost and the tenant is global logistics group DHL. Alpha is conducting the modelling work the second warehouse at the München Ost facility.
