Ahlström acquires industrial facility in Finland

Finnish manufacturing group Ahlström has purchased an industrial facility development for EUR 20 mln. The asset in Hämeenlinna, Finland is being built for Finnish-based international packaging group Paccor.

The new production, office and storage facility will accommodate all of Paccor Finland's activities by March 2013. Paccor is to take an 18-year lease on the property.

The vendors was a joint venture established by Paccor Finland and Kantolan Kiinteistöt to invest in office, warehouse and production premises in the Hämeenlinna region.
