Aerium sells Pixis portfolio in EUR 210m deal

European real estate fund manager Aerium has announced the sale of the Pixis portfolio to Pégase Partners, a French investment company, for EUR 210.5 mln. The transaction, which was introduced by Leonard De Vinci Group, represents one of the largest portfolio deals in France for 2010.

The portfolio includes 14 mixed-use assets, the majority of which are located in Paris and surrounding suburbs. The buildings comprise 60,000 m2, 64,000 m2 of logistics and 6,000 m2 of retail space. Key tenants include France Telecom, Easydis, Eiffage BNP Paribas, Cetelem and GE Healthcare.

'We are pleased to have completed this substantial transaction with Pégase Partners, which has enabled Aerium to reach its objective for 2010 of having completed over EUR 500 mln of disposals,' said Franck Ruimy, Chief Executive Officer of Aerium Group. 'Aerium continues to be strongly positioned for future transactions in the French market.'

Aerium received legal advice from Wragge & Co. Richemont Berthelot advised Pégase Partners.
