Industrial space developer Panattoni Europe has announced plans to extend its Panattoni Park Wroclaw II logistics park in Poland with the addition of 11,500 m2 of new distribution space.

Construction of the existing building covering an area of 29,700 m2 started in 2009 and was finalised in the fourth quarter of 2010. Panattoni will now start the development of Phase III, which will provide 11,500 m2 and is already partially let (2,400 m2). In the future, Panattoni also plans to build a second building of 20,000 m2, bringing the total area in the complex to 60,000 m2.

'I’m happy that apart from the successful Buid-To-Suit (BTS) developments we are also able to expand the portfolio of our own parks and widen the speculation area,' said Robert Dobrzycki, Panattoni Europe's managing partner for Central and Eastern Europe.

Panattoni Park Wroc³aw II is the developer's second modern distribution centre in Lower Silesia. Nowa Wieœ, the site of the investment, is located 14 km from the center of Wroc³aw and only 13 km from the international airport in Wroc³aw, connecting the largest European capitals.
