Gide Loyrette Nouel adds to Warsaw office

The Warsaw office of international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel has appointed Hugues Moreau as a new partner.

Moreau, a French native, started his career in GLN's Warsaw Office in December 1999, handling privatisation and M&A matters. In 2001, he joined the Paris headquarters of the firm where he has been active mostly in the real estate investment and development sectors over the last ten years.

He advises French & foreign companies in all fields of business and real estate law, focusing on acquisitions and reorganisations, development, asset management, financing and infrastructure transactions.
